Ingredients:
- 1 - 2 tbs. softened butter
- 1/3 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 lb marshmallows (about 30)
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, beaten
- 1 cup well drained crushed pineapple
Directions:
Butter a pie plate and sprinkle with the crumbs. Combine the milk and marshmallows in top of double boiler and heat, stirring, until dissolved. Cool thoroughly and fold in the whipped cream and pineapple. Pour over crumbs, and sprinkle with 1 tbs. more crumbs. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Servings: 6-8
